Designing for the Spaces In-Between
The longest-running studies on human health reveal a simple truth: relationships determine how long we live and how well we live. Yet relationships are also where we experience our most devastating wounds, the traumas that disconnect us from others and shatter our connection to ourselves.
In this talk, we'll explore why Designing for Dignity means designing for the spaces in-between: the relationships where we break and where we can heal. We'll look at how modern life has stripped away ancient tools for relationship repair and restoration, and what it practically looks like to give people back the capacity to mend what's been broken in their connections and in themselves.
