About Laura
Dr. Laura Santoso’s work is dedicated to advancing the health and wellbeing of vulnerable populations through human-centered design. She leads the Integrated Care Design team at Cityblock Health, a value-based healthcare provider that delivers primary care, behavioral health, and social care services to low-income patients with tech-enabled solutions. In this role, Dr. Santoso combines her clinical and design expertise to identify insights, test prototypes, and scale programs for Medicaid and Dual-eligible members across ten states.
Dr. Santoso is a board-certified internal medicine physician trained in health innovation through the UCLA Biodesign Fellowship. Her experience in health design includes work with UT Austin as a Clayton Foundation Fellow, medical technology start-ups, a non-profit medical group, and the global design firm IDEO.
