Designing Dignity-centered Organizations
We can sense it: Something is terribly wrong. The way we work often goes against our innate desire to see ourselves and others thrive, leaving human potential untapped and innovative opportunities unrealized. How might a relational, dignity-centered approach to organizational design and strategy transform workplaces into places of high engagement and tangible impact?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore practical frameworks and techniques to build dignity-centered workplaces that inspire trust, collaboration, and innovation. Drawing on indigenous wisdom, including the African concept of Ubuntu, systems thinking frameworks, and life-centered design approaches, participants will learn how to identify current dignity gaps, apply principles for thriving systems, and cultivate the conditions for high-care cultures. Through experiential exercises and group discussions, we will practice tools to navigate these times of perpetual upheaval through connection, care, and community.
Key takeaways:
Frameworks for embedding dignity into workplace practices
Techniques to foster connection, creativity, and shared purpose
Tools for addressing conflict and fostering cultural transformation
Let’s imagine and create the dignified future we all desire—together.
